WellnessBar Collective is a boutique wellbeing collective of 12+ international practitioners working across yoga, meditation, breathwork, coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT and somatic approaches.
We work with people who are capable, self-aware and genuinely tired - often carrying more than they let on. Our approach is structured, evidence-informed and human. We do not offer quick fixes, generic advice or one-size-fits-all programmes.
