About WellnessBar Collective
Who we are
WellnessBar Collective is a multidisciplinary wellbeing team of 12+ international practitioners working across yoga, meditation, breathwork, coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT and somatic approaches.
We work with individuals and organisations navigating stress, overwhelm and burnout - offering structured programs, boutique retreats and individual sessions that address root causes rather than surface symptoms.
Our approach is grounded in the science of stress physiology and nervous system regulation. We bring together multiple disciplines because real, lasting wellbeing rarely comes from a single method.


Our Mission
WellnessBar Collective was built around a single conviction: that quality wellbeing support should be structured, accessible and genuinely effective - not generic, not superficial and not toxicly positive.
Our mission is to offer personalized, evidence-informed support for stress recovery, emotional resilience and sustainable wellbeing - through programs, retreats and sessions that meet people where they actually are.
We work with individuals and with organisations. Online and in person. With people who are just beginning and with people who have been managing their wellbeing for years and need something more structured and specific.


What we offer
WellnessBar Collective brings together a curated range of evidence-informed practices and services - each available as part of a personalised program, a boutique retreat, or as a standalone session. Here you will find:
Personalised wellbeing programs: Structured multi-session programs combining yoga, meditation, breathwork, coaching, hypnotherapy and EFT - built around your specific situation and delivered by a dedicated practitioner team.
Boutique retreats and live sessions: Small-group and personal 1:1 retreats in the Netherlands and Europe, plus live online workshops and in-person group sessions open to all.
Digital resources and on-demand content: Guided practices, programmes and reference resources available on demand - designed to support your wellbeing between sessions and beyond the programme itself.



Our Philosophy
We believe that sustainable wellbeing comes from working with the body's systems - not against them. Stress, burnout and emotional depletion are physiological realities, not personal failures. They respond to structured, intelligent support.
Our work is evidence-informed and practitioner-led - and it is delivered by people who take your situation seriously, not as a category or a symptom, but as a whole person navigating a specific set of challenges.
We do not promise rapid transformation or simple answers. We offer something more useful: consistent, qualified support designed to create lasting change.
Digital resources and on-demand programs
WellnessBar Collective offers a growing library of digital resources - guided practices, structured self-study programmes and practical reference guides covering stress regulation, nervous system support, sleep, breathwork and emotional resilience.
Designed as standalone tools and as companions to our programs and retreats, these resources are created by our own practitioners and grounded in the same evidence-informed approach that runs through everything we do.
