Our coaching, counseling, yoga, and meditation sessions are designed to support personal development, stress reduction, emotional well-being, and holistic self-care. They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare.

These services are not suitable for individuals who:

  • Are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or psychiatric disorder (e.g. untreated bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia).

  • Have suicidal thoughts or severe depression requiring immediate professional or medical intervention.

  • Have been recently hospitalized for mental health reasons and are still in an acute phase.

  • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the session.

  • These sessions are complementary tools and are most effective when used alongside appropriate medical or psychological support (when needed).

Physical Considerations (Yoga & Breathwork)

  • If you have cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions (e.g. asthma, COPD), epilepsy, or are pregnant, please consult your physician before joining breathwork, yoga, or deep meditation practices.

  • Some techniques (such as certain breathwork or deep relaxation practices) may not be suitable for individuals with a history of trauma, dissociation, or PTSD, unless guided and agreed upon with a trained trauma-informed practitioner.

By participating, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your health and well-being, and you agree to use your own discretion while engaging in the sessions.
